Alma G Richardson

Alma Grace "Burley" Richardson, 79 of Seymour passed away Saturday, May 16, 2020 in Seymour.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Ryan Ford officiating in the Riverview Cemetery under the direction of Archer Funeral Home.

Burley was born August 16, 1940 in Paris, Texas to Newt and Rosie Crumpler Harris. She was a 1959 graduate of Seymour High School and married Jack Richardson of July 28, 1959 in Archer City. Burley worked for the Seymour Hospital for 23 years and was a faithful member of the First United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Richardson on October, 18, 2011; a son, Jay Richardson on September, 22, 1994; a daughter, Cindy Lee on October 8, 2015; 2 grandsons, Chris McElroy on July 20, 2002 and Wade Davis on July 11, 2008; 6 brothers and 2 sisters.

She is survived by her granddaughter, Jordyn Morrison and husband, Jimmy of Beeville; 3 great grandchildren, Bryston, Brantly and Teagyn; a brother, Chuck Harris of Chicago; a sister, Verna Shumaker of Chicago and a son-in-law, John Lee of Windthorst.
