Cledia Witt, 86, of Seymour, passed away Sunday, April 20, 2014 in Seymour.

Services will be held Thursday, April 24, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. , at the First Assembly of God Church with Rev. Jim Ezzell and Rev. Melissa Hudson, officiating. Burial will be in the Riverview Cemetery, Seymour, Texas, under the direction of Archer Funeral Home.

Cledia was born June 27, 1927 in Iowa Park, to Elmer and Rosa Manly Hutchison. She attended Seymour Schools and was a lifetime resident of Seymour. She worked as a waitress at the Club Café, Roddy's Café and the Rock Inn Café. She married Leonard Witt on November 18, 1945 in Seymour. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church. Cledia was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Rosa Hutchison; a brother, John Marvin Hutchison; and 5 sisters, Lennie Crawford, Annabelle Jaco, Arlis Lemmons, Emily Duncan and Lois Sturgeon.

Survivors include her husband, Leonard Witt of Seymour; a son, Nathan Witt of Seymour; a daughter, Linda Larson of Seymour; a sister, Imogene Graves of Seymour; 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 7:30 until 8:30, Wednesday , at the funeral home.
