Connie Jo (Bohannon) Ermis

Connie Jo Ermis, 79 of Seymour, passed away Wednesday, September 7, 2022 in Seymour.

Services will be held on Saturday, September 10, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. at the Harvest Christian Fellowship in Seymour, with Rev. Sonny Smart officiating.  Burial will be in the Bomarton Cemetery under the direction of Archer Funeral Home.

Connie was born August 14, 1943 in Wichita Falls to Frank and Rose Marie Newman Bohannon.  She attended school in Iowa Park.  Connie worked as a cook at Sheppard Air Force Base in Wichita Falls and was a Baptist.  She married Thomas Frank Ermis on March 9, 1972 in Wichita Falls.  He passed away on September 2, 2021.  She was also preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Rose Marie Bohannon; a son, Dennis Neil; a daughter, Rayma Neil and 3 sisters, Lois Cabaniss, Frankie Osburn and Rita Smead.

Survivors include a son, Jason Ermis and wife, Theresa of Seymour; a daughter, Christi King of Wichita Falls; 3 sisters, Margaret Beasley, Dona Jones and Johnnie Bohannon; 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials to Hospice of Wichita Falls.
