Cora E Hamm

Cora Estelle Hamm, 88, of McKinney, passed away Tuesday, May 13, 2014 in McKinney.

Graveside services will be held Friday, May 16, 2014 at 1:00 p.m., with Jay Don Poindexter, officiating, at the Rose Hill Cemetery in Merkel, Texas, under the direction of Archer Funeral Home, Seymour, Texas.

Cora was born October 12, 1925 in Merkel to Albert Clinton and Cordie Gibbs Crumpler. She moved to Illinois in 1948 and worked in the aeronautics industry. She moved to Seymour in 1988 to be closer to family. She later moved to the metroplex. Cora was a thriving, faithful and lifelong member of the Church of Christ. She was a fabulous Grandma and Great Grandma who loved to watch America's Funniest Home Videos at high volume and play dominoes on the computer.

She will be missed by her daughter, Patsy Covelli Grace of Dallas; a son, Douglas Fuqua; 5 grandchildren, Sandra Marshall and husband, Terry; Scott Covelli and wife, Ashley; John Covelli and Sheila; Sean Fuqua; and Amy Fuqua; 5 great grandchildren, Ashley Marshall; Ava Marshall; Bryson Covelli; Cameron Covelli; and Cody Hines
