Johnny Frank Fobbs

Johnny Frank Fobbs, 63 of Seymour, passed away on Monday, November 4, 2024 in Seymour.

Services will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at the First Baptist Church with Pastor Robert Mergerson, Jr. officiating.  Arrangements under the direction of Archer Funeral Home.

John was born on September 21, 1961 in Quanah to Horace and Colester Harris Fobbs.  He was a 1981 graduate of Seymour High School and served in the US Army.  John worked all his life as a cook and was famous for his pies.  He will be missed.  John was preceded in death by his parents, Horace and Colester Fobbs; his brother, William Fobbs and a daughter, Taryn Randle.

He is survived by his children, Denise Fobbs of Wichita Falls, Johnny Fobbs, Jr. of Guthrie, Oklahoma, Stephanie Walker of Wichita Falls, Eric Jones of Abilene, Steven Flye of Stephenville and Samantha Randle of Wichita Falls; 3 sisters, Zelma Robinson, Diane Murray and Wanda Moore; 17 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Friday form 6:00 until 7:00 p.m., at the funeral home.
