Larry Wayne Jones

Larry Wayne Jones went to his heavenly home on August 5, 2024, after a long, hard fought battle with cancer. He was 62 years old.

Larry was born on September 28, 1961 in Bowie Texas to Travis and Wanda Jones.

Larry was a true believer in Jesus Christ and kept his faith to the very end.

He did not have an easy life but whatever he did he gave it 100% and never gave up. He was a professional plumber, pipe fitter and welder.

He gained many friends because of his good nature and endless great stories.

Larry leaves behind his loving wife, Kathy, who stood by him and cared for him to the very end. Also two daughters, Crystal Threet, her husband Dustin, Audrey Swafford, her husband Dustin. Grandchildren, Maddox, Lawson, Braxton, Hudson, Konner, Khloye and Graci. Mother, Wanda Barnes, brother, Travis Jones Jr and his wife Bee, sister, Donna Green. Nieces, Amy Hunt, Casey Wilson, Nephews, Adam Green, Patrick Henry, Dustin Henry and Solomon Jones.

He was preceded in death by his father, Travis Jones, sister, Debbie Byrne, and nephew Bobby Byrne.

Larry will be missed by all who loved and knew him.
