Letrisha Lea Evans

Letrisha Lea Loudermilk Evans was born on July 3, 1964, to Bobby Lee and Sue Loudermilk in Seymour, Texas. God took her home on April 2, 2025 and removed her from all pain.

She was preceded in death by her father. She is survived by her mother, her son, Dillon Evans and wife, Samantha Evans, her grandchildren, Skylee and Jaxyn Evans, her sister, Tanya Sue Loudermilk McGinty, her nephew, Jeremy Sean Whitten and wife, Valerie and their children, Skyler and Jacob Whitten.

She attended and graduated from Seymour High School where she was active in golf, basketball and a member of the Seymour Band as a drummer. Although she gave 100% to all activities, her passion was playing golf, which gave her so much joy.

She worked at Lawrence Brothers Supermarket for years as a checker. However, she was happy to help wherever she was needed. She made work fun for herself and for all her fellow employees. Always bringing a smile or a laugh to someone everyday.

Trisha “Trish”, had a knack for making everyone feel special. Never meeting a stranger.

Trisha was a wonderful mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and aunt. As well as a wonderful friend to all of those in her life.

With a Heart as big as Texas, she approached each day with a prayer and a smile.

A huge animal lover, Trisha gave her love to Tuffy, a beautiful Maltese for 17 wonderful years. Then came Cope, a Bassett Hound, who received her love for 10 years and most recently, the love of her life was 2 year old Abby, also a Basset Hound.

That being said, the family requests, that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Humane Society of your choice, is so desired.

Trisha was a shining light and a big smile to all that knew her. She will truly be missed by everyone in her life.

A memorial graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2025 at 11:30 a.m. with Rev. Jay Gage officiating, in the Riverview Cemetery, Seymour, Texas. Cremation arrangements were under the direction of Archer Funeral Home.
