Martha (Norman) Robinson

Martha Robinson, 92 of Seymour, passed away Monday, September 5, 2022 in Seymour.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, September 7, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. with Benny Archer officiating in the Masonic Cemetery.  Arrangements are under the direction of Archer Funeral Home.

Martha was born February 22, 1930 in Ft. Worth to Melbourne and Iva Votaw Norman.  She was a graduate of North Side High School in Ft. Worth and attended the University of North Texas.  Martha earned a Bachelor’s degree from Midwestern State University.  She was an alcohol counselor for Outreach and retired as a case manager of the Texas Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation.  She was a member of the First United Methodist Church.  Martha was preceded in death by her parents, Melbourne and Iva Norman; her husband of over 50 years, Gene Porter Robinson and her beloved son, Matt Robinson.

She is survived by 2 grandsons, Matt and Michell Robinson of Kerrville and Luke Robinson of Holliday; a daughter-in-law, Vickie Robinson of Holliday and 2 great grandchildren, Will Robinson and Delia Robinson.
