Mary K (Baccus) Davis

Mary Kathryn Davis Baccus, 86 of Seymour, passed away Friday, November 16, 2018 in Seymour.

Services will be held on Monday, November 19, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the Church of Christ in Seymour with John Adams officiating. Burial will be in the Masonic Cemetery under the direction of Archer Funeral Home.

Mary Kathryn was born November 29, 1931 in Seymour to Bob and Margaret Williams Rowell. She was a graduate of Seymour High School. She married T.W. Davis on May 21, 1948. She and T.W. opened Davis Furniture and Appliance in 1957. T.W. passed away on July 10, 2004. Mary Kathryn married Carroll Lee Baccus on March 15, 2008. She was a member of the Church of Christ. Mary Kathryn was preceded in death by her parents, an infant daughter, Kay Lynn Davis; her husband of 56 years, T.W. Davis and 2 sisters, Syble Dixon and Lanelle Rowell.

She is survived by her husband, Carroll Baccus of Seymour; 3 sons, Tim Davis and wife, Donna of Van Buren, Ark., Mark Davis and wife, DeeAnn of Seymour and Matt Davis of Electra; 6 grandchildren, Amanda Futch and husband, Ty of Seymour, Aaron Davis and wife, Amanda of Centerville, Arkansas, John Davis of Seymour, Adam Davis and wife, Melissa of Van Buren, Arkansas, Robert Davis of Vernon and Ryan Davis of Vernon; 1 step-granddaughter, Alexis Eastham and husband, Derek of Anna, Texas; 8 great grandchildren and 4 step-great grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 6:00 until 7:00 p.m., Sunday, November 18, 2018 at Archer Funeral Home, Seymour.
