Norman Claborne Gooding

Norman Claborne Gooding, 74 of Seymour, passed away in Wichita Falls at the age of 74.

The family will have a Celebration of his life at a later date.  Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Archer Funeral Home

Norman was born on July 14, 1949 in Ft. Belvoir, Virginia to Norman B. and Clara Barton Reynolds Gooding.  He attended grade school and jr. high in Oklahoma and high school in Texas.  He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in the Vietnam War.  Norman worked as a truck driver for nearly all the large companies at one time or another.  He was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Norman “Denny” Gooding; 2 sisters, Sue Prince and Sherry Brasher and 2 brothers, Bill Self and Olen Gooding.

He is survived by several nieces and nephews.
