Patricia Diane (Couch) Greaves

Patricia Diane Greaves of Plano, Texas passed away Wednesday, June 9, 2021 in Plano at the age of 77.

Diane was born October 4, 1943 in Knox City, Texas to Jim and Doris Couch and married Leonard Don Greaves of Lamesa on October 18, 1960 at the Baptist Church in Waianae, Hawaii.  She spent her life devoted to raising their three children at Naval stations from Washington to Japan to Virginia.  Diane was a homemaker, a mother, a “Ninnie” to her grandkids and a woman of great faith who led many to the Holy Spirit.  Friends and family from years in the Navy and from her many years in Plano will miss her calls and her many prayers as she was known to all as a prayer warrior.  She was preceded in death by her father, Jim Couch and her mother and stepfather, Doris and Arnold Fuller; her sister, Judy Fuller Morrell and a brother, Jimmy Don Couch.

Diane is survived by her children, Larry Greaves of Rockwall, Texas; Terry Greaves and wife, Melisa of Rockwall, Texas; Denise Clark and husband, Piete of McKinney, Texas; five grandchildren, Kyle, Katie, Austin, Ian and Kayla and one great granddaughter, Masyn.  She will also be remembered and mourned by many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Monday, June 14, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 at Vera Cemetery, Vera, Texas with Rev. Russell Roberts officiating, under the direction of Archer Funeral Home.
